Dummy chains Who hasn't experienced it? Your baby’s dummy has fallen on the ground and now it’s lost or covered with dirt and potentially harmful bacteria. You simply can’t put it back in your baby’s mouth like that but she’s yelling like mad for her dummy?! Well, the obvious solution is to fix the dummy to a dummy chain that attaches to your baby’s jacket. Not only will the dummy remain within hand-reach of your baby and stay clean for longer, your baby will also be fascinated by the different colours and shapes of this hand-crafted colourful wooden chain. And what's more, as your baby goes off to crèche you won’t accidentally mix up the dummy with that of another baby because the beads spell out her name! NB Please be aware before you buy just any dummy chain! You wouln't want your baby’s delicate gums to be hurt by sharp corners, splinters or dye-toxins. Dummy chains shouldn't be longer than 22cm in order to prevent accidents and the clips should contain ventilation holes. The materials used for these dummy chains fulfil stringent German quality standards. The beads and threads used are toxin-free and resistant to saliva, sweat and scratching (fulfilling DIN EN 71). However, you may find evidence of wear on the beads as your baby chews on the beads whilst he's soothing teething gums. The chains are shorter than 22cm (excl. clip) and three ventilation holes are present in the wooden clips (according to DIN EN 12586).
