The Way We Work
The International Baby Shop works with partner suppliers in several different countries. On receipt of your payment, we forward your order specifications to our relevant partner supplier who will process and distribute the products you have ordered accordingly. For personalised and hand-made products, these will now be custom-made according to your specifications. Generally, this may take a week after which the products will be sent to you. Depending on the local delivery companies this will take another few days. Orders for customised books generally take three weeks to be processed and wallhangings 4-6 weeks. Please note that you may be charged delivery costs for products from each different category you purchase due to the diverse geographical locations of our partner suppliers.
