If your toddler has really fair skin you'll probably want to make sure her arms are protected against the sun by wearing a long-sleeve UV T-shirt.  Alternatively, you can get the short-sleeved version but you'll have to make sure you put sun cream on her arms!

The T-shirts are made of 100% cotton and are therefore nice and airy on your child.  They also satisfy the 'Oeko-Tex Standard 100' which guarantees that they contain no health endangering substances like:
